The Hedge & Your House
"The Hedge in America will always be a Sign for your house"
Of all the things many may disagree on, one thing remains a common cry - is for the protection of our nation, our families and our house. The good news is that God has promised you protection - although he has not promised to do it the way we always want him to - the result will always be his protection, if we continue to pray and remain in his will.
GOD IS NOT ABLE
Were we are not willing, and our own stubborn heart towards God is the most powerful force that can oppose him. Because God will never oppose our own will & choice, he will forever be limited by our lack of trust and surrender to Him.
WE ARE NOT ENEMIES
America is not fighting against itself anymore than America has fought against God - this means that reconciliation with God begins before we can ever be reconciled with each other. Think about what this means for your house. It means that there are principalities that continually working to divide. Their loyalties are no more honest than their agenda to divide and conquer. The goal is and always will be to divide...
God's relationship with us is always the First
Our nation and our house cannot mend, if we don't mend what is broken with Him. And because the Church is the reconciling factor between God and man - our posture with Him becomes the measure of grace he is able to extend to the rest of the world... What does this mean?
This means to fall on our knees and repent before the Lord. Let believers enter the secret place and pray, Intercessors begin to weep, and prophets begin to speak. This will always be the reponse that moves the stubborn places - rather than fighting each other and the authorities... Our greatest control will always remain in a posture of Prayer and Surrender. The same goes for your own house.
It's Never too Broken for God to Fix
This weekend, fall on your knees and reconcile with the Lord - surrender what you have not surrendered - humble yourself before God and each other. This is the beginning of a reconcilliation that will heal the broken places.
Ephesians 6:12:
"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."
